AhlasHesap ve veri silme
Apple App Store Guideline 5.1.1(v) ve Google Play: hesap oluşturan uygulamalar hesabı uygulama içinden ve web üzerinden silmelidir. Dondurma silme yerine geçmez.
Uygulama içi (anında):
Yönetici: Menü → Ayarlar → Hesabı sil (veya Menü → Hesabı sil). Tüm site verisi silinir.
Sakin: Menü → Hesabı sil. Ad/telefon/e-posta anonimleştirilir, oturum kapanır.
E-posta: destek@ahlasoft.com — konu: Hesap silme. Telefon: 0507 172 97 08. En geç 30 gün.
Delete Account (English)
In the app: Manager → Menu → Settings → Delete Account. Resident → Menu → Delete Account. Deletion is not the same as logging out. A web request via this form is completed within 30 days. Financial receipts may remain in the manager’s ledger where Turkish law requires retention.
